Welcome to THE STAY SAPPORO.
THE STAY SAPPORO is the biggest guest house in Hokkaido.

“What is a guest house?”

Guest houses is a type of inexpensive accommodation with shared rooms, toilets, showers, wash basins and kitchen. Bed making service is not included.

You can easily make friends and talk to the other guests in those shared rooms and public lounges.

We constantly host events at THE STAY SAPPORO. You are always welcomed to join even if you are not staying with us. These events provide lots of fun and unique experience.

We have a female-only dormitory room. There are toilets, shower rooms and wash basins on each floor.
There are two beautiful public lounges on 3rd and 10th floor, with huge flat TVs, microwaves, coffee maker. Even coin laundry facilities!

Asia, Europe, Australasia ,America, from all over the world really. Our guest house has both shared and private rooms.

“Is it safe to stay our guest house?”
Definitely! We have secured door on each floor.
“What is a dormitory room?”
Dormitory room means shared room. You can reserve a bed and each bed has curtains for privacy.
Try our dormitory rooms for yourself!
“What do I need to bring when staying?”
Please bring bath towels and tooth brush.
We also rent or sell these amenities if you need.
“What time can I check-in?”
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00.
“How about early check out?”
If you need to check out before 7:00am, please come reception the day before or by 1:00am that day
“Is there any smoking area?”
There is a smoking area outside the building.
Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the building.
“Is there any parking facility?”
No parking is available.Please use coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood.
“Where can I charge my phone?”
There are two electrical sockets available at each bed and also plenty of it in the public areas.
“Do you have internet access for guests?”
Each floor has free Wi-Fi access.
“How can I get to New Chitose airport?”
1)By JR train
Take a JR train from JR Sapporo station (it takes around 40 minutes).

2)By bus
Take a bus from Susukino Station (it takes around 1 hour).
