日本酒について考えてたんです??ふふ

I’m thinking about Nihonshu recently…
It is always fun to learn new things??
 
 
THE STAY SAPPOROでは不定期に日本酒イベントを行っています?
北海道の日本酒のみを用意しているので、飲み比べもできます?
As you know, we hold the “NIHONSHU night” irregularly.
We are preparing nishonshu made from Hokkaido only, you can try some different tastes!

観光スポットとしても楽しめる北海道の酒蔵を簡単に紹介しますね～?
北海道にはこんなに酒蔵があります！
So, I introduce the sake breweries a bit this time ?

１．千歳鶴で有名な日本清酒（札幌市）
Nippon Seishu : famous as Chitose-tsuru (Sapporo)
２．小樽唯一の酒造、田中酒造 亀甲蔵（小樽市）
Tanaka Shuzo : The only one sake brewery in Otaru (Otaru)
３．北海道最南の二世古酒造（倶知安町）
Niseko Shuzo : located in the southest in Hokkaido (Kutchan)
４．１００％北海道米でつくる小林酒造（栗山町）
Kobayashi Shuzo : 100% sake rice made from Hokkaido (Kuriyama)
５．地元産の米にこだわってつくる金滴酒造（新十津川町）
Kinteki Shuzo : loco friendly brewary (Shintotsukawa)
６．増毛といえば！国稀酒造（増毛町）
Kunimare Shuzo : must come to mind this place when you hear Mashike (Mashike)
７．ふるーい歴史を持つ男山株式会社（旭川市）
Otokoyama : they have loooong history (Asahikawa)
８．国士無双で有名な高砂酒造 明治酒蔵（旭川市）
Takasago Shuzo : famous as “Kokushimuso” (Asahikawa)
９．さらっと飲みやすい大雪の蔵（旭川市）
Taisetsu no kura : Easy to drink for beginner (Asahikawa)
１０．北海道でいちばん新しい！上川大雪酒造 緑丘蔵（上川町）
Ryokkyuu gura : The newest brewery in Hokkaido! (Kamikawa)
１１．道東の大自然でつくる福司酒造（釧路市）
Fukutsukasa : Made with big nature in Eastside (Kushiro)
１２．日本最東の地でつくる碓氷勝三郎商店（根室市）
Usui Katsusaburo Shoten : Located in the eastest in Japan (Nemuro)
 
 
 
気になるものや、聞いたことある酒造はありましたか？?
見学や試飲ができる酒蔵がほとんどです！
地元の名産品と一緒にたのしむのがいちばん♡
Do you have favorite one? 😀
Most of the brewery are able to visit and do taisting!

わたしも苦手でした。それはやすーい居酒屋でやすーい日本酒しか飲んだことがなかったからだったようで。。
日本酒イベントをきっかけにすこーしずつ飲めるようになってきました?♡
北海道の日本酒は、初心者でも飲みやすい、すっきりとした淡麗辛口といわれるものが主流なようです。
イベントで日本酒に初挑戦する海外の方も多いんですよ～??
?「Nihonshu? Hmm.. Never tried it before…」
I understand. But I realized it was cheap and strooooong one.
I’m getting used to drink them take the opportunity afforded by “Nihonshu Night.”
Sake from Hokkaido are really easy to drink for begginer I believe ?
